Code of ethics
imotion Analytics' Code of Ethics and Conduct constitutes the formal expression of the values and principles that must govern the conduct of the Company and the persons belonging to it, in the development of all its activities, with the aim of achieving universally accepted corporate ethics.
Compliance
IMOTION ANALYTICS S.L., hereinafter referred to simply as Imotion, has a criminal risk prevention plan and an organisational structure that monitors compliance with the law in the activities it carries out. Compliance with the law, the company’s internal regulations, protocols, procedures and the Code of Ethics and Conduct – which will be available on the website – will be monitored on an ongoing basis.
Anyone associated with Imotion, regardless of their status, must comply with current legislation and adhere to the policies set out in the Code of Ethics and Conduct. As a result of our commitment to compliance with the law and the principles set out in our Code of Ethics, Imotion will not enter into any contractual or commercial relationships with any party that fails to adhere to the policies set out therein.
imotion has a whistleblowing channel through which any individual may bring to the attention of the Compliance Officer any breaches of the law or ethical principles by any member of the company in the course of their duties. The protection of the whistleblower is guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. Reports may be made anonymously and, in all cases, will be handled confidentially.
